The scanners ballots are fed into are reprogrammed remotely, ether by internet or internal network. They count and mark the vote as counted, then flip the vote to the other side. This process has a random machine algorithm. End of the day the machines auto reset. If a machine is seized, it will have to be unplugged, when it reboots it will auto reset. If a machine is seized ,it will have to be unplugged. on reboot it will reset

5 – The state has an 800 number a voter can call to see if their vote was counted. But it doesn’t tell you who you voted for. So if a machine flipped your vote, you’ll never know. Lets say you call, it states your vote was not counted, what can you do about it ? This isolates each voter so nothing is done about fraud.
