As everyone already knows los angeles just suffered a string of terrible fires pushed on by a wind storm. On Jan 7 2024 so many fires ignited at the same time it pointed out arson as a probable cause. Due to bad city management the fire hydrants went dry and most of the Palisades community burned down. The mayor ” Karen Bass ” who was visiting Africa at the onset came back and declared a state of emergency. In L.A. when there is an emergency declaration The L.A.P.D. is put on [– Tac Alert –].

When the police are on [- Tac Alert -] Police services are denied to the entire city except for the most serious of violent crimes. Example — Liquor store robbery with a gun, or someone is being beaten with a baseball bat. The idea is that the entire police force may be needed to ” – help with evacuations and traffic control ” .

First, It’s the job of the chief of police, and the county sheriff to decide when the police should, or should not be on -Tac Alert- to handle a situation..

The Mayor “Karen Bass” as of the date -Jan 28 2024 8pm- still had the police on -Tac Alert- even though a rain storm put out the fires and people are returning to their properties. The reason being mud slides. No one could possibly rationalize the entire L.A. police force is needed for a few mud slides.

Update- Feb 2 2024 L.A.P.D is still on Tac-Alert. At all times there are 4000 police officers on duty. The fires are over, the rain and mud are gone, the weather is good. Only a complete imbecile would have the L.A.P.D. on standby for the Palisades, — and that idiots name is mayor Bozo the Bass.

Update Feb 5 2025 — For the last 4 days thousands of hispanics have been engaging in assault movements against the federal, state and city government. The insurrectionists are disgruntled about president Trumps deportation policy of people caught trespassing on united states territory. Forming into large groups to intimidate the population they have shouted obscenities, blocked a freeway, commited vandalism, and shot fireworks at police. Waving the mexican flag they have exposed themselves as a gigantic sleeper cell whose real intention is to overthrow the U.S. government . — L.A.P.D. has done little to nothing to stop and arrest the criminal army because of stand down orders given by Los Angeles mayor Karen Bass. Update– The mayors office received thousands of angry calls about the police being kept on permanent Tac-Alert.—– L.A.P.D. Status was returned to normal on 2-8-2024.

Have you ever noticed how big democrat controlled cities have a run down and dirty appearance. The answer to this is directly connected to law enforcement. Partly this is because there’s not enough cops causing them to be overworked. But mostly, it’s the rules of engagement that is mandated by the city government. The democrats have a hippie attitude tord all kinds of crime and disturbances, — and therefore lable them as “non-emergency” violations.

In los angeles these types of reports won’t be taken by 911. A citizen must call a non-emergency phone number that is handled by the same operators that take the 911 calls. 911 violent felony calls take priority so the non-emergency reports have a hold time from 15 minutes to 1 hour and a half.

Then the call goes to dispatch. Typically it takes 30 to 120 minutes for the call to be assigned to a police car. In the police car there is a computer with a list violations to investigate. As long as there’s a bunch of violent calls the non-emergency ones are kept at the bottom of the list.

So,– there is a 1 to 7 hour police response from the time a citizen dials the phone to the non-emergency line, to the moment a cop actually shows up to the location. How often do you think the troublemaker is still screwing around at the crime scene ? The answer to that is obvious — never.

This is were the situation becomes even more destructive rendering the police impotent. When a citizen reports to the police the operator will ask for the callers name and phone number. If the caller gives it, the police operator will call back periodicity to check if the police are still needed. The caller must say yes or the cops will not show at all.

Now, — this is the most unbelievable bunch of nonsense of the whole thing. When the police eventually arrive. The operator will call the citizen to meet with the police out on the street exposing them as the informant. Then it gets worst. The police will try to arrange a meeting between informant and perpetrator so they will– ” talk out their problems “. Basically, a live on the street –Jerry Springer– talk show.

Finally, this is how the police are rendered completely impotent. Even if the informant witness points a finger directly at the perpetrator. They will not write a ticket or make and arrest because the officer did not see it themselves ! And even if they do, they must give one warning,–then the cop has to witness it again. — They can now write a ticket, ” If they feel like doing so ! ”

There is direct correlation between this problem and the amount of felonies committed. A run down and lawless city environment influences the people who are inclined to commit violent felonies. Moreover, the non-emergency problems become violent felonies because citizens are forced to handle it themselves.

How Can This Problem Be Repaired ?

One patrol car must be assigned to handle all reports that have been accused of being non-emergency. Then these types of calls will not be ignored all day and night.

Perpetrators will be allowed one warning. The Police officer will be mandated to warn them.

Then any officer that goes back to investigate the same problem within one year will be mandated to

write a citation ”ticket” to the perpetrator of the offense.

The perpetrators property that is responsible for the offense will be confiscated.

Both of these options can be acted on by the officer when they arrive on scene. If the offending acts are no longer being committed. Citations and confiscations will be done based on eye wittiness testimony, — at the scene of the offense when the police first arrive.

If a police department doesn’t have enough officers it becomes imperative the problem is solved the first or second time they arrive. — If it isn’t, police resources are badly wasted because they have to return to the same scene over and over again.
