What is going to happen ? — the bubble will pop and development will slow to a stop because there’s no profit. Once the entire customer base of the successful is gone, there will be 2 kinds of people,– housed rich and homeless poor.
Oh, — but the development scammers thought of that, that’s why they push non-stop immigration through tourist visa anchor baby operations, to make more rich,– and the illegal alien labor class to build things low then rent them high.

Solution,– stop the redevelopment of established properties and neighbourhoods.
Like buying a car ,– If a person can’t afford a new home they must buy a old fixer upper property, but those are all being bought by developers who create a new property that only the rich can afford.

The only way to lower prices is to ban re-development of existing housing for rent or resale. that will force property owners to keep lowering the price until someone who intends on living there will buy it.
