Message To The Trumster From [SuperMan] — Shootings like this have been happening for the last year.
From now on all ICE tactics must change.
All operations must be be handled like big city PD work the active shooter scenario.

#1 — Plan what tactical areas are going to be used for ICE operations.
#2 — Block all streets at both ends so that no cars or people can get in or out of an entire neighborhood or tactical area.
#3 — After Tac Area has been secured , then ICE comes in for operations.
#4 — Assign a small force of national Guard to all ICE operations. Use them to block the streets. If the guard isn’t available due to a legal problem, use a private security company or a military contractor.
