Comment To The Trumpster. — [ It’s a good thing you didn’t sign this bill, its only going to help the rich and destroy family neighbourhoods. More development does not lower prices, because everything being built caters to the top Financial 20% of the people. prices will never go down because there will always be someone who can afford it.

Re-zoning areas with single family homes is causing the homeless crisis, — the more redevelopment there is the more homeless people are created. When a house is sold for ” redevelopment ” the people living with the property owner are cast out onto the street. Anyone who lives in a city that is being Quote ” developed ” can see a steady stream of people pulling their wagon of stuff from a sold for development property. The whole thing is a investment scam that creates the homeless , then the touted homeless solution, is the scam itself.

Then the scammers say ” we need low income housing” this builds the scam bigger because there is no such thing, — so called low income is, – soviet style block apartments at 800$ a month instead of 2000$
– Real low income housing is 200$ a month.
No apartment owner or developer can stay in business at that rate. There are millions of normal people who can’t pay 800$, and millions of people with health or mental problems who can’t pay anything. People voting for communists,– and the homeless problem,- is a byproduct of development.
