8 / 30 / 26 — Message to candidate for Governor Steve Hilton,

Steve you’ve got to be the hardest working man running for California Governor in the history of the state. But your prospects are looking , questionable.. Even if there was Zero voter fraud in California. You would likely fall short by 4-5% instead of 30% +. — Why ? Trumpster isn’t hands on when it comes to this fraud round’em up and get’em all hunt. The people in charge have gotten carried away with themselves like they do in all administrations.
Case in point, The Fed lowering the assets threshold for medical / medicaid recipients, next year it’s going down to almost nothing. This threw 3 million plus people off of Medi-Cal, Those 3 million people are definitely not going to vote for us. There is an old saying in politics. ” Don’t take the candy out of the babies mouth “

But we can make something positive out of this situation. A lesson can be learned In Venezuela, the people voted in a communist president , when they got sick of communism, they didn’t go back to a conservative ,
[ a Libertarian won the election ]

We’ve got nothing to lose at this point. So take on several unusual political positions the majority of people would like to have.
——
When you go on right leaning T.v. or radio stations your preaching to the choir, that’s not going to help
——
There are a few issues that are universal Right and Left. Send an updated version of your platform to the big democrat networks, ABC,NBC,CBS. If the new ideas are unusual enough some of the shows will bring you on. That is the audience we need to get to. Then lets see what happens to the polls.

Here are some problems people are angry about

Political Issue #1 abusive government surveillance.

A total stop on unwarranted government surveillance. Translation, a mandate that cameras will be removed from public spaces and AI can’t be used in any situation.
———-
Cameras inside of retailers and public buildings can not be hooked in to the internet exposing them to government use
———-
The phone companies will be mandated to shut off the technology that tracks cell phones. To track an individuals phone requires a warrant.
———-
Thanks to concerned patriotic citizens with a loud voice, ”one of them being oracledream.com” government surveillance abuse has become a big issue. –Problem– , republican politicians and media have been using crime to give themselves a political advantage for a long time. Now they have painted themselves into a self destructive corner. Government and Corporations in response, are bringing in a big tech police state.
The Flock cameras are just the beginning of a growing revolt.

Political Issue #2 The legalization of all non-addictive prescription drugs.

Globally and here in the U.S. the financial cost of medicine is not prohibitive, it is the cost of going to the doctor,– and the doctors dictatorial control over medicine.
——-
Research indicates a substantial number of countries —over a hundred— allow over-the-counter access to medications that require prescriptions in the U.S.
——-
Countries most known for permissive OTC policies:
——-
UK, Australia, New Zealand (officially more permissive than the US for developed-nation standards)
——–
Mexico (only requires prescriptions for antibiotics and narcotics; often unenforced)
——–
Colombia (87% of pharmacies sell antibiotics without prescription despite regulations)
——-
India (widespread OTC availability of prescription medications)
——-
Philippines, Peru, Brazil (high OTC access to drugs requiring prescriptions)
——

Global use OTC prescription medicines
—–
The only U.S. Rx medicine sold OTC globally that causes problems, are antibiotics, — Antibiotic resistant infections kill significantly more people than street drugs
—–
Without antibiotics in the analysis, unregulated non-antibiotic Rx drugs cause <1% of the mortality burden of street drugs globally — 0.3–0.7% if all categories are included.
—–
The mortality rate on unregulated non-antibiotic prescription drugs (globally): is so low,- no significant count can be determined by WHO or IHME . This is because the Rx drug use is intertwined with the disease itself.
—–
By contrast, for people globally and in the US, that have ” Zero ” access to non-antibiotic, non-opioid prescription drugs, the mortality is far higher than from unregulated access—by orders of magnitude.
—–
In low-income countries today were people have no access to medicine : between 10 and 20 million deaths a year on just these four diseases ,– cardiovascular disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy.
—–
Example – In countries like India and Mexico, people aren’t dying from taking too many NSAIDs—they’re being kept alive by affordable medications that would be completely inaccessible if regulations were strictly enforced.
—–
What does all that mean to us ?  It means a large number of prescription drugs are not so dangerous they must be prescribed by a doctor. Changing the Rx status would give millions of Americans with health conditions,  access to medicines they wouldn’t normally use because of the difficulty obtaining them.
——
It would release the unconstitutional strangle hold the medical establishment has on the citizens.  But when it comes to dollars and sense. Switching relatively safe prescription drugs to OTC status will save an enormous amount of money,
One,-for citizens who pay their own medical bills,
Two,- the US healthcare system.
——
Extrapolating from Canada’s example data, to the larger US market, — the potential savings from broader OTC switches could easily exceed
— $200–$300 BILLION —
annually when accounting for both direct doctor visit avoidance and price competition driving down drug costs.

How would I do this as Governor you say ?
——-
Currently , the Fed is using one part of the Constitution to override another
——-
Tenth Amendment
Powers not delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states. [ This allows individual states to regulate drugs within their borders—which is why some states have legalized marijuana while it remains federally illegal.

——-
But when it comes to Rx medicine the Fed by court order is doing something highly unconstitutional, It’s using,—
——
Commerce Clause (Article I, Section 8)
Congress has the power to regulate interstate commerce, [ which courts have interpreted broadly to allow federal regulation of drugs and medicines. This is the constitutional basis for FDA authority and drug scheduling laws like the Controlled Substances Act.
——
This is a very weak argument
——
Regulation of ”interstate commerce” has nothing to do with what states manufacture within their own border. In other words, if we make it here, we can sell it here. Anyone who can read can see that.

The Tenth Amendment can be used the justify a lot of political issues.

The two Issues stated here, [ Surveillance / Rx drugs ] have been greatly simplified because the scope of the subjects are far to large for this advise page.

Political Issue #3 — ICE

One More Thing, and it pains me to say this.
——
Break with the Feds ICE policy , [ Jails Yes / Neighbourhoods No ] ——
Why ?
——
Deportations out of the state are not more important than the Governors seat.
Los Angeles and San Francisco are the big spoilers on this subject.

——
Message to the Trumpster [ The media will try to use this against you, all you have to say is
——
” Steve is his own man, — he has big California election problems to deal with” .
