The kickoff event is “America is Back: A Kick-off Celebration for the Great American State Fair” on June 24 at the National Mall. It starts at 7:00 p.m., with doors opening at 3:30 p.m.

1 – Turn them into gigantic swimming or fish pools. Install pumps / filters and chlorinate the water. Or instead of chlorine , use a commercial grade ultraviolet device. water is pumped through and Algae is killed with ultraviolet light.

Either way they have to be drained and cleaned first. — Or,– all of the water has to be pumped out and replaced before conversion into a pump / filtered pool. — Only that will keep them clean.
