To ramp up deportations to a the set level, use the DMV to create an illegal alien drift net.

Create a national database of issued warrants for deportation that can be accessed by ICE, Border patrol, police patrol cars, and private security companies.

This one method alone will locate — millions— of illegal aliens in one year.
