To ramp up deportations to a the set level, use the DMV to create an illegal alien drift net.

Example

ICE and Border patrol could then check the database daily for names that were rejected as non-citizen. Use the DMV records to get a home address, drivers license info, type of car and license plate. Then Issue a nation wide warrant for the individuals arrest

Create a national database of issued warrants for deportation that can be accessed by ICE, Border patrol, police patrol cars, and private security companies.

This one method alone will locate — millions— of illegal aliens in one year.
